Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership when needed
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter policy violations, assist with access-related concerns, and support orderly activity during peak business hours and special events
Assist with routine inspections of doors, gates, lighting, and other property conditions, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious activity according to post orders
