Job Responsibility:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, credential verification, and/or security-related response activities as appropriate for the location
Monitor entry and exit points, review badges and identification, and help to deter unauthorized access to offices, lobbies, data-sensitive areas, and other restricted spaces
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, checking doors, gates, and access control equipment for unusual conditions or security-related concerns
Support employee, contractor, and visitor movement by maintaining post logs, reporting access-related issues, and following established protocols for deliveries, escorts, and after-hours entry requests
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
