Job Responsibility

Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and employee access activity according to site protocols
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns through appropriate communication channels
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, checkpoints, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity
Support badge and visitor management processes, provide directions and assistance to guests and staff, and report maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues to site leadership
