Job Responsibility
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations
Monitor access points, verify credentials for visitors and/or vendors, and report suspicious behavior, damaged equipment, or other security-related concerns
Support traffic flow for deliveries and employee entry, observe facility operations for irregular conditions, and follow post orders when addressing alarms, disturbances, and/or emergency situations
Requirements
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
