Job Responsibility

Control the access and egress to and from areas of the Hotel and Residences
Protect company assets from theft, fire, damage
Assist in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons in the location
Provide a safe and secure environment for guests
Establish, promote and maintain the Hotel’s security and property protection
Participate in day-to-day security operations
Patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel
Confront any situations or persons that require investigation
Handle and document accidents and any questionable individuals on the premises

Being a key-holder and securing the centre as required
Reporting staff sickness
Dealing with minor maintenance issues & cleaning of communal guest areas
Taking the initial lead in managing any emergency procedures during the night
Completing tasks that contribute towards the presentation of the centre
