Requirements

Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor preferred due to the nature of the role)
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Prior experience in mobile patrol, residential or community-based security is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently across a large site with professionalism and integrity
Physically fit and confident conducting foot patrols over a large area
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a high standard of service
Smart appearance and a proactive, community-friendly attitude

Job Responsibility

Carry out regular mobile and foot patrols across a large private residential estate
Record access/egress at the gatehouse for all visitors, contractors, and deliveries
Provide visible security presence and reassurance to residents and the public by way of foot and mobile patrols
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents and emergencies – including first response to medical or fire-related events
Maintain accurate Daily Occurrence Book (DOB) and incident reporting
Report maintenance or safety issues and liaise with management as required
Operate professionally and courteously in all interactions with residents and visitors

Job Responsibility

Supervise, train and direct the mobile and response security officers
Organise and maintain efficient security officer rota patterns and mobile schedules
Maintain good customer relations through organising regular customer visits
Compile all assignment instructions and health and safety risk assessments
Conduct KPI’s and annual appraisals with the mobile security officers
Analyse mobile data reports as a tool for identifying improvement opportunities
Respond to call outs and incidents during the working day and to investigate
Ensure all mobile vehicles are maintained

Requirements

Previous experience in a mobile security, operations, or supervisory/management role
Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with clients and colleagues
