Job Description

Lead and evolve Information Security at Kleinanzeigen. Establish governance paired with proactive and reactive security measures. Collaborate closely with Central InfoSec team. Lead the Security guild. Work closely with Engineering and non-Engineering stakeholders. Develop and own security initiatives, processes and establish Security KPIs. Ownership and leading implementation of Security compliance frameworks like NIS2. Build up stakeholder relationships and provide expertise advice. Accountable for incident response for security related incidents.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and evolve Information Security at Kleinanzeigen staffed with 600+ people
  • Establish governance paired with proactive and reactive security measures
  • Collaborate closely with Central InfoSec team, offering central capabilities (staff + tooling)
  • Lead the Security guild acting as a cross organization alignment forum
  • Work closely with Engineering and non-Engineering stakeholders to make Security work for the whole company
  • Develop and own security one-off initiatives, security processes and establish Security KPIs
  • Ownership and leading implementation of Security compliance frameworks like NIS2
  • Build up stakeholder relationships within Kleinanzeigen and provide expertise advice to tech and non-tech partners
  • Accountable for incident response for security related incidents

Requirements

  • Technical hands-on background either as a security engineer or developer
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of managing company wide security related projects / programs
  • Experience in implementing Security standards and policies
  • Hands on experience in AWS on similar environment
  • Experience in tech / product development companies
  • Good understanding and experience with the latest AI trends
