Job Responsibility:
Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or challenging cybersecurity, industrial security and information technology projects while ensuring completion in accordance with industry standards
Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, and maintains integrated plans and schedules to support lab operations, aircraft operations, and new facility planning for classified and unclassified environments
Develops projects and program plans at all levels across multiple functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion
Cross-coordinates lab, facility, and security requirements to ensure designs, construction, and operational transitions meet program requirements
Integrates team efforts within cybersecurity, industrial security, information technology, product security, and classified labs across the program
Ensures lab space design and construction meet internal requirements and applicable accreditation standards
manages design implications for both classified and unclassified lab areas
Consistently monitors project lifecycles from initiation through turnover and sustainment — tracking schedule, budget, labs/security status, risk, and post-completion requirements
drives corrective actions to maintain alignment
Creates and leads presentations, status reviews, stakeholder briefings
reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses operational support impacts
Requirements:
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
3+ years of experience managing projects and integration activities
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
Must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the following security domains: NISP, SAP, and SCI
Familiarity with government security regulations (DAAG, JSIG, ICDs, DoD Manuals, etc.)
