Job Description

Security Guards - Armed, Unarmed & Seasonal at Precision Security Team. Location: Northern Colorado. Compensation: $19.00 –$26.00/hour (based on site assignment). Position Type: Full Time, Part Time, Seasonal Opportunities Available. Schedule: Variable shifts including days, swings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibility

  • Patrols, access control, reporting, event security, and public interaction
  • Operate in higher-responsibility environments requiring firearms proficiency and advanced decision-making
  • Flexible schedules during high-demand periods, concerts, festivals, community events, and temporary assignments

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older (21+ for armed positions)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing as applicable
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Strong situational awareness and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Customer service experience
  • Security, military, or law enforcement background
  • CPR certification (or willingness to complete training)
  • Experience with report writing or public-facing roles
