Job Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of guests, team members, vendors, and all company assets at 7 Clans Casinos. The role involves patrolling the property, monitoring activities, enforcing regulations, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

Job Responsibility:

Observe, monitor, and protect all assets of the company, guests, vendors, and team members
Patrol all sections of property to identify safety hazards and breaks in security
Work effectively with all departments to provide security support
Remain alert to any unusual or questionable activity
Maintain excellent working relationships with other company staff, vendors, and contractors
Aid law enforcement authorities as needed under the direction of management
Assist in transporting and escorting assets and guests
Document and report all applicable incidents
Ensure all functions and duties are maintained in a professional and efficient manner
Monitor department activities to ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and controls
Ensure assigned staff understand and comply with regulatory requirements
Perform duties in accordance with company handbook, tribal objectives, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
1-2 years’ experience in security preferred
Casino experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be punctual and dependable
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to perform intermediate mathematical computations
Ability to utilize MS Office products at basic to intermediate skill level
Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to provide documents to work in the United States
Must pass a drug test
Must obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Otoe Missouria Gaming Commission
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and push, pull or drag up to 150 lbs.

Nice to have:

Combination of education and security experience
Customer Service and Communications experience
Knowledge in hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of staff
Experience in communications, decision making, problem solving, complaint resolution and resources allocation.
