To apply all the safety and security instructions to safeguard internal guests, external guests and hotel property and take necessary action when in presence of emergency situations.

Frequent patrolling of public areas, car parking and heart of house areas to prevent intrusion
Understand the operation of all emergency life safety equipment and respond to all emergency situations
View the CCTV Camera and report to superiors any abnormalities
Be vigilant in observing and correcting potential safety & security concerns
Assist in the day-to-day operations in the security department
Perform tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of Security/Security Manager/Supervisors and Security Officers
Conduct routine checks on employees and contractors baggage when exiting the resort premises
Have thorough knowledge of the fire panel, take appropriate action when activated
Control access at the main gate, inform MOD and GSA
Check the security of the villas when on patrol day and night
Monitor and upkeep all badges, registers, files, keys, radios, torches and all other equipment at the desk
Register all lost and found items in appropriate forms
Ensure all safety and security related incidents are reported to management immediately
Assist in the arrival and departure of State official visits, dignitaries and government delegations
Report any incidents immediately
Ensure the main doors of all offices are locked after the normal duty working hours
Observe and note all important happening in the log book and report to your Manager/Supervisor
Ensure that all the emergency fire exit stair ways are clear of any hindrance
Be alert and vigilant on the guests areas and watch out for suspicious and unauthorized persons
Initiate preventive measures to minimize the risk of fire, accident, gas leakage, oil spills, bomb threat or any other emergency
Be well verse with the resort evacuation procedure and taking an active part in simulation fire exercise
Be well versed with the Department P&Ps and apply when and where necessary
Requirements:
Secondary Education
Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar function
Prior experience within hotel industry would be an advantage
Fluent in English (reading, writing and spoken)
Trained in Fire Fighting, First Aid and CPR
Clean morality certificate
Physically fit
Nice to have:
Prior experience within hotel industry would be an advantage
