Job Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of guests, team members, vendors, and all company assets at First Council Casino. The role involves maintaining excellent guest services, efficient productivity, and providing an orderly, safe workplace.

Job Responsibility:

Observe, monitor, and protect all assets of the company, guests, vendors, and team members
Patrol all sections of property to identify safety hazards and security breaches
Work effectively with all departments to provide security support
Remain alert to unusual or questionable activity
Maintain excellent working relationships with staff, vendors, and contractors
Aid law enforcement authorities as needed
Assist in transporting and escorting assets and guests
Document and report all applicable incidents
Ensure all functions are maintained in a professional manner
Monitor department activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and controls
Enforce regulatory standards
Perform duties in accordance with company handbook, tribal objectives, policies, and gaming regulations

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
1-2 years experience in security preferred
Casino experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be punctual and dependable
Read, write, and speak English
Perform intermediate mathematical computations
Ability to utilize MS Office products at basic to intermediate level
Must be willing to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to provide employment authorization
Must pass a drug test
Must obtain and maintain Otoe Missouria Gaming License
Must have valid Driver's License
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and push/pull/drag up to 150 lbs

Nice to have:

Combination of Customer Service and Communications experience
Knowledge, skills, and experience in hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of staff
