Requirements

Previous experience in a security role within retail is desirable
Excellent observation and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
A proactive and responsible approach to work
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
Basic IT skills for reporting and monitoring systems

Job Responsibility

Monitoring site access and egress points
Conducting regular patrols across the premises
Responding to incidents and emergencies in a calm and effective manner
Ensuring the safety and security of colleagues, customers, and visitors
Monitoring CCTV systems and reporting any suspicious activity
Supporting with opening and closing procedures
Liaising with colleagues and emergency services where required
