Job Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of guests, team members, vendors, and all company assets at 7 Clans Paradise Casino. The role involves patrolling the property, monitoring activities, enforcing regulations, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

Job Responsibility:

Observing, monitoring, and protecting all assets of the company, guests, vendors, and team members
Patrolling all sections of property to identify safety hazards and breaks in security
Working effectively with all departments to provide efficient security support
Remaining alert to any unusual or questionable activity
Maintaining excellent working relationships with other company staff, vendors, and contractors
Aiding law enforcement authorities as needed under the direction of management
Assisting in transporting and escorting assets and guests
Documenting and reporting all applicable incidents
Ensuring all functions and duties are maintained in a professional and efficient manner
Monitoring department activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and controls
Ensuring assigned staff understand and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
1 to 2 years’ experience in security preferred or combination of education and security experience
Casino experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be punctual and dependable
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to perform intermediate mathematical computations
Ability to utilize MS Office products at basic to intermediate skill level
Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to provide work authorization for the United States
Required to pass a drug test
Required to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Otoe Missouria Gaming Commission
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and push, pull or drag up to 150 lbs.

Casino experience
Combination of Customer Service and Communications experience
Knowledge, skills, and experience in hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of staff, communications, decision making, problem solving, complaint resolution and resources allocation.
