In this people-first role, you will support a welcoming environment through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while bringing integrity, reliability, and adaptability to every shift.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site contacts and documentation methods
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns
  • Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and communicate with property management and/or first responders when situations call for additional support
  • Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift notes, and communicate relevant observations during handoff to help support continuity of site operations

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required
  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only

  • CPR certification is preferred
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • A guard card/license is preferred
