Job Responsibility:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential risks
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior
Assist employees and visitors with security-related inquiries and provide clear guidance as needed
Document and report incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols
Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders during incidents as necessary
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and promote a secure environment
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience is required
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Act 235 qualification is required for positions in Pennsylvania
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Participate in industry-specific security training programs
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
