A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and mall setting
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, storefront corridors, loading and service areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns
Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards, and report observations through required documentation, radio communications, and escalation protocols
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical situations, and/or alarms until additional resources arrive
Control access to restricted areas and support opening and closing routines, including checking doors and gates, verifying deliveries and vendors, and coordinating with store management as needed
