Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and store associates by following post orders, site-specific policies, and Allied Universal protocols, and assisting with routine questions and directions
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity
Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations, and complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting onsite management and/or law enforcement when appropriate, and supporting emergency response activities
Support access control and loss prevention efforts by monitoring doors, responding to alarms and/or calls for assistance, and maintaining a visible uniformed presence in customer-facing areas
