Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the location
Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed for reporting incidents or potential concerns
Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information as needed while maintaining a professional presence
Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences during the shift
Follow all site-specific protocols and procedures as required for the technology, media, and telecommunications environment

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
