Job Responsibility:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior
  • Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the location
  • Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed for reporting incidents or potential concerns
  • Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information as needed while maintaining a professional presence
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences during the shift
  • Follow all site-specific protocols and procedures as required for the technology, media, and telecommunications environment

Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
