Job Responsibility

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail store and surrounding property
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, stock areas, and exterior perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, monitoring for suspicious behavior, and requesting assistance when needed
Control access and observe customer and associate traffic, reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual conditions to appropriate store contacts and Allied Universal leadership
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and interactions, and communicate updates to site management and/or responding public agencies as required
