Applicants must have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security experience

Applicants must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment
Applicants must have 2+ years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field

Job Responsibility

Provide customer service in a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas such as lobbies, corridors, waiting rooms, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or policy concerns
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hospital staff and local responders when needed
Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, badge and/or credential checks when assigned, and support orderly movement of patients, staff, and visitors
Complete timely reports and documentation of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to the site supervisor and/or client representatives
