Job Description:

We are currently seeking a guard/emergency medical technician at our Vandergrift Operations in Vandergrift, PA.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the facility is provided with high quality fire and security services to protect people and property
  • Report safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing
  • Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client employees and guests
  • Answer questions and assist guests and employees
  • Answer phones or greet guests / employees in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Respond to medical emergencies to provide medical treatment per BLS Protocols as part of an ALS Team

Requirements:

  • Have reliable transportation
  • Must have a current PA EMT certification or better
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • General computer knowledge (Microsoft office experience is a plus)

Nice to have:

  • Past security or fire/EMS experience is a plus
  • Must have a willingness to train in Fire/Haz-Mat/Confined Space
