You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter incidents through your visible presence. By providing exceptional customer service and clear communication, you will contribute to a secure environment while upholding our company's values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related incidents and/or emergencies within the location, following established protocols
  • Dispatch security personnel to designated areas as needed to address incidents, requests for assistance, and/or routine patrols
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming calls, dispatches, and security-related activities
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support to on-site teams
  • Communicate with site personnel and/or external agencies as required, relaying pertinent information clearly and promptly
  • Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations and emergency responses
  • Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from employees, visitors, and/or contractors in a professional manner
  • Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with administrative tasks related to dispatch operations

Requirements:

  • An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred
  • CPR certification is preferred
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
