Must possess a Top Secret Clearance and be able to obtain SCI credentials
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of six (6) months relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience
Experience in facility/physical security and on-site Sensitive Compartmented (SCIF) escort experience a plus

Job Responsibility

Remains alert and focused at all times while carrying out escort duties
Maintains close proximity to visitors to prevent disclosure of classified information, materials, or equipment
Monitors and escorts un-cleared workers in restricted areas and facilities at all times
Maintains visual and auditory contact of all un-cleared visitors under their control
Alerts occupants in all offices prior to permitting an un-cleared visitor to enter
Detects and deters any covert attempt to obtain classified information, material and equipment
Takes all breaks at the same time as the escorted visitor
Notifies the Government Contracting Officer Representative, Headquarters Security, or Project Manager of any security policy, regulation, or practices inconsistent with sound security procedures
Maintains all required security trainings/certifications required by NIWC Pacific

Job Responsibility

People and Bag Search: Use advanced equipment and manual search techniques to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the airport
X-ray Screening: Operate X-ray machines to screen bags and personal items, ensuring compliance with airport security standards
Access Control: Manage access to the airport by verifying identification and travel documents for passengers, staff, and airport users
