We are looking for a mid-to-senior Security Engineer to strengthen our vulnerability management and SecOps capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and the CISO organization to improve the overall security posture of our infrastructure and applications, including cloud and containerized environments. You will join a growing, security-passionate team of 8 members with strong technical ownership and a clear mandate to enhance security maturity at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Take part in the end-to-end vulnerability management process: identification, assessment, prioritization and remediation tracking
Analyze vulnerability scan results and translate them into actionable technical remediation tasks
Implement, track, and maintain cybersecurity KPIs related to vulnerabilities, remediation and overall security posture
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for the CISO and management team
Contribute to the design, deployment and operation of cybersecurity solutions, tools and controls
Automate security-related tasks using Bash and Python scripting
Secure containerized environments (Docker) and cloud systems
Proactively identify and implement improvements in security processes, tooling, and practices
Contribute to hardening Linux, cloud, and container environments
Support the continuous improvement of overall SecOps / DevSecOps maturity
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience in a Security Engineer, SecOps, or equivalent role
Strong cybersecurity fundamentals and mindset
Hands-on experience with vulnerability management
Solid scripting skills (Bash and Python)
Experience with CI/CD environments and DevSecOps principles
Docker skills, including usage and security best practices
Ability to define, track, and analyze security KPIs
Strong knowledge of Linux environments
Professional proficiency in English
Nice to have:
Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and system hardening practices
Experience in ISO 27001 or other certified security environments
Cloud security concepts and best practices
Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions
Interest in security automation and scalable security operations
