Job Responsibility:
Execute hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance for all enterprise LAN and ICT security infrastructure to ensure peak performance
Oversee the continuous monitoring of network traffic and security events to identify and mitigate anomalies before they escalate
Manage and optimize the configuration of security hardware and policies to protect against unauthorized access and system vulnerabilities
Direct the full incident response lifecycle, from the initial detection of breaches to the implementation of comprehensive recovery plans
Author and deliver high-quality technical reports and security threat summaries to provide stakeholders with actionable intelligence
Serve as a technical consultant to the client, offering strategic guidance on network planning and the integration of new security technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Substantial professional history providing hands-on technical support within complex network and ICT security environments
Proven technical mastery in configuring and troubleshooting Fortinet Firewall systems and associated security platforms
Deep knowledge of LAN infrastructure management and the practical application of network monitoring tools
Ability to operate with high autonomy at client sites while strictly adhering to project timelines and service level agreements
5 years and above experience preferred
