Job Responsibility

  • Resolve customer inquiries through various channels, providing clear and accurate technical guidance

Requirements

  • Proficiency in native mobile coding (Java, Kotlin, Swift) and cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native)
  • Strong analytical skills to root-cause complex software and network-related issues
  • Experience navigating help desk tools and project management software like Teambition
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical users
  • High level of persistence and determination to resolve technical hurdles in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, with an advantage if capable of understanding Mandarin for broader communication
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently on detailed technical reports
