Job Description

At Rogo, we are building Wall Street's first true AI analyst. Our mission is to empower finance professionals at the world’s top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We are not just improving financial workflows; we are redefining them from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company at a key inflection point. With a rapidly growing client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI. Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We operate with intensity, take ownership of complex problems, and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us. As a Enterprise Security Engineer at Rogo you will play a critical role building and maintaining Rogo’s internal security posture while enabling our employees to work securely and productively. You’ll work across infrastructure, endpoints, networking, and SaaS applications, ensuring “secure by default” environments for our team. This is a highly collaborative role, where you’ll partner with IT, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable, proactive security capabilities and procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and manage security measures to protect Rogo’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse
  • Monitor internal and external systems for threats and lead incident response efforts
  • Harden infrastructure across Google Workspace, GitHub, and other SaaS platforms
  • Deploy and manage endpoint security tooling, including macOS fleet protections and EDR solutions
  • Develop identity and access management controls (SAML, OAuth, SCIM) to ensure secure user lifecycle management
  • Create and enforce IT & Security policies that balance usability with strong protection
  • Build and maintain security monitoring, DLP, and data-sharing controls
  • Stay ahead of modern adversary tactics and integrate “zero trust” and “secure by default” principles into company operations
  • Partner with employees across Rogo to educate and support them in maintaining security best practices
  • Lead and mature incident response processes, including root cause analysis, forensics, and remediation
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that strengthen Rogo’s endpoint, cloud, and data security
  • Design and maintain secure network architecture, including VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust access

Requirements

  • Experience managing and protecting macOS and Linux fleets at scale
  • Proven expertise in deploying endpoint security solutions (e.g., MDM, EDR tools)
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong understanding of IAM frameworks/protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM)
  • Familiarity with email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Intermediate to advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Solid knowledge of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills in working across various lines of business

Nice to have

  • Experience contributing to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other security/compliance frameworks
  • Hands-on work with vulnerability management programs (scanning, patching, remediation)
  • Exposure to AI/automation for security detection, response, or data classification

What we offer

  • Exceptional traction: strong PMF with the world's largest investment banks, hedge funds, and private equity firms
  • World-class team: we take talent density seriously
  • Velocity: we work fast, which means you learn a lot and constantly take on more
  • Frontier technology: we're developing cutting-edge AI systems, pushing the boundaries of reinforcement learning and published research
  • Cutting Edge Product: Our platform is state-of-the-art and crazily powerful
