Job Description

The Operations Admin is a critical member of the Cyber Security IAM Operations team responsible for being the face to our customers and providing excellent, world-class customer support. The Operations Admin interfaces with all our businesses within Universal and supports Directory Services, DNS, PKI, SSO, PAM, and Identity and Access Management Support.

Job Responsibility

  • Work collaboratively across Cyber and I&AM to help drive operations forward
  • Monitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding services: DNS (Infoblox, Neustar, Microsoft), Directory Services (Azure AD, Active Directory), Group Management, DFS, and other related services, Sailpoint and Waveset, IGA system alerts, CyberArk and Netwrix Operations
  • Learn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting services
  • Support Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findings
  • Splunk Dashboarding
  • PowerShell creation and automation
  • Public Key Infrastructure
  • Review Application Monitoring reports and ensure we have adequate response and alerting
  • Assist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidents

Requirements

  • Active Directory administration
  • DNS administration (Infoblox, Microsoft DNS)
  • Domain name administration and registration
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Windows / Linux / Mac administration and configuration
  • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting
  • SQL, Ping, Azure
  • SailPoint, Tomcat
  • 2+ years’ experience in the technical spaces listed
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience
  • 2-5 Years Relevant Work Experience
