Job Responsibility

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support to on-site teams
Communicate with site personnel and/or external agencies as required, relaying pertinent information clearly and promptly
Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations and emergency responses
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from employees, visitors, and/or contractors in a professional manner
Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with administrative tasks related to dispatch operations
