As a Control Room Operator, you will be entrusted with critical decision-making that directly impacts safety, service delivery, and incident outcomes. You will develop a deep understanding of security operations, emergency response coordination, and stakeholder communication, positioning you as a trusted operational hub during high-profile events. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in following process with precision.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Hold a current NSW 1A Security Licence (minimum 12 months)
  • Control Room Operator (CRO) experience
  • Confident operating in a fast-paced, live-event environment
  • Communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, and work effectively in a team
  • Flexible and committed to working a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
  • First Aid and CPR (current)
  • Customer service experience
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
