SCC Analysts are responsible for monitoring all US Bank, and U.S. Bancorp systems worldwide from the Security Control Center. The environment can be fast-paced requiring the individual to coordinate company resources and outside agencies (Police, Fire, EMS, and Guard Services).
Job Responsibility:
Alarm monitoring and equipment maintenance
Monitor and respond appropriately to alarm signals (fire, life safety, intrusion, asset protection)
Provide direction from Pacom and Genetec systems
Document and communicate interactions
Coordinate response with internal/external agencies
Process communications from internal personnel, law enforcement, employees, customers, vendors
Assist with and document alarm testing
Assist alarm system users and technicians
Identify potential service or training issues
Interact with Corporate Real Estate divisions
Serve as intermediary for communications
Place security service calls
Dispatch appropriate vendors
Incident response
Utilize Enterprise Notification System to alert employees
Escalate situations per criteria
Provide written documentation
Operate a variety of computer systems and software
Adapt to changes or problems
Use critical problem-solving skills
Perform other miscellaneous assigned tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Typically, less than one year of applicable experience
Basic knowledge of computers
Basic typing skills
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to achieve and maintain control of stressful situations
Good customer service abilities
Good written and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented
Adaptable to changing circumstances
Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
Nice to have:
