Security Industry Training Organisation basic qualification or equivalent experience
First aid qualification is desired but not essential
Excellent literacy and communication skills

Good telephone manner

Capable of using all security equipment necessary

Job Responsibility

Provide a high level of customer service
Act as first point of contact for all staff and visitors
Liaise with client and/or building tenants
Ensure protection of persons and property
Maintain good order on site
Protect client property against loss, theft, damage and waste
Prevent offences against the law and company policies
Ensure basic fire precautions and escape routes are clear
Undertake internal and external patrols and inspections
Meet and greet visitors and carry out security procedures
