Innovative Security Contract Manager to oversee a high-profile multi-site visitor services contract at Greater Sydney Parklands. This role blends operational excellence with strategic thinking to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients, acting as the strategic bridge between clients and operations. The manager will drive performance, build lasting partnerships, and lead teams to deliver world-class security services with genuine autonomy to innovate and improve processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive strategic client partnerships and build high-level stakeholder relationships
  • Champion new approaches to security delivery leveraging AI-enabled platforms and vision analytics
  • Oversee security operations including visitor services, asset protection, access control, crowd management, and major event activity
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams of 20+ personnel across single or multiple sites
  • Collaborate with clients to align operational strategies with their evolving needs
  • Ensure compliance and maintain rigorous standards across reporting, correspondence, and contractual obligations

Requirements:

  • Current NSW Security Licence (1A)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current NSW RSA Card
  • Full NSW Driver Licence
  • Minimum 3 years' management experience leading teams of 20+ personnel
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong rostering, workforce planning, and operational coordination capabilities
  • High-level computer literacy and comfort with technology platforms
  • Deep knowledge of compliance, legislation, and regulatory requirements

  • Contract administration: processing contractual documentation and reports, advising management of contractual rights and obligations, compilation and analyses of data and maintenance of historical information
  • Facilitating proper shipment, billing, and payment collection for deliveries and interfacing with DCMA as required
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports and maintenance of assigned contracts
  • Duties may also include the preparation of proprietary information agreements, associate contractor agreements, export licenses/agreements and various types of memoranda
