Innovative Security Contract Manager to oversee a high-profile multi-site visitor services contract at Greater Sydney Parklands. The manager will drive performance, build lasting partnerships, and lead teams to deliver world-class security services with genuine autonomy to innovate and improve processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive strategic client partnerships and build high-level stakeholder relationships
  • Champion new approaches to security delivery leveraging AI-enabled platforms and vision analytics
  • Oversee security operations including visitor services, asset protection, access control, crowd management, and major event activity
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams of 20+ personnel across single or multiple sites
  • Collaborate with clients to align operational strategies with their evolving needs
  • Ensure compliance and maintain rigorous standards across reporting, correspondence, and contractual obligations

Requirements

  • Current NSW Security Licence (1A)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current NSW RSA Card
  • Full NSW Driver Licence
  • Minimum 3 years' management experience leading teams of 20+ personnel
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong rostering, workforce planning, and operational coordination capabilities
  • High-level computer literacy and comfort with technology platforms
