We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Security Officers to work at one of our prestigious University Campus located in an iconic part of London. Job Responsibility:
Deliver outstanding customer service to staff, students, and visitors

Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality

Appropriate use of CCTV/access control and any other electronic management system, and completion of reports and documentation in a timely fashion
Be familiar with all Security and Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe execution and practice
All Assignment Instructions / Operations Manual or Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments are to be reviewed, understood and followed
Embrace and deliver the bespoke training requirements, specific to contractual obligation or regulation
Completion of rostered duties and all associated tasks or responsibilities to the highest possible standard
Welcome and assist staff, clients, students and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous fashion maintaining excellence as a standard throughout the customer journey
Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas
Check identity and credentials of staff, contractors and visitors where required
Work with all colleagues to ensure the integrity of security on the site
Early identification and mitigation of any threats to persons, premises or property, escalating where appropriate to do so

Valid SIA
Enhanced communication, listening and customer service skills or the ability to train, obtain, retain, and develop further in this field
Operation of any CCTV/access control communications in an appropriate manner
