Job Description:

The Club Med Hygiene, Safety and Environmental team ensures the safety and peace of mind of our guests throughout their stay. As a prevention expert, you play an essential role in guaranteeing their well‑being and maintaining secure, comfortable spaces across the Resort. Your working environment is designed for responsiveness and efficiency, where empathy and attentiveness are key to providing high‑quality service. You will be a central player in emergency management, prevention systems and safety training programs that ensure every guest enjoys a worry‑free experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the security of people, facilities and materials across the Resort
  • Respond quickly to incidents and investigate effectively while maintaining confidentiality
  • Prepare and review daily reports to identify potential improvements and ensure compliance
  • Train, supervise and support your team directly on the field to maintain flawless operations
  • Collaborate with Resort management and other departments to ensure safety procedures are known and applied
  • Monitor and manage first‑aid, emergency response and safety standards for guests and staff
  • Promote good practices regarding waste management, resource consumption and handling of hazardous materials

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of required experience
  • Responsible, able to guarantee the safety and security of guests, staff and property
