The Security Booth Operator is responsible for the monitoring of security screens and building access points. Professionalism and discretion are always required. Staff members must maintain a professional appearance, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide courteous, responsive service to all guests. Due to the nature of our business flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor all screens for an entire shift and report suspicious activity to the Operations Manager
Communicate over the radio or phone for all deliveries on the dock and backstage entrance
Monitor fire panel and announce all new alerts to the Operations department
Help the Operations Supervisor organize Lost and Found items
Occasionally walk the perimeter of the building and report suspicious activity
Close the building at the end of each business day/event by turning off lights, securing doors and access points, etc.
Help organize credentials
Keep track of staffing for events
Check in third party staffing utilizing sign in sheets, performing bag checks and ID checks, etc.
Check in building guests by verifying credentials and name
Monitor and document internal radio assignments
Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for access into the building
Must be able to locate and save video footage and photos
Must always be alert and free of distractions
Requirements:
High school diploma preferred
Job related work experience preferred
Outstanding organizational skills
Diligence and attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
