Job Description:

Entry-level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices
Assist in clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions
Utilize industry and business knowledge to perform settlement and reconciliation functions
Actively manage fails and breaks through root cause analysis and resolution
Contribute to development of micro-service IT strategy
Identify and support implementation of securities processing improvements
Assist with identifying control gaps and formulating policies
Provide informal guidance or on the job training to lower level team members
Assess risk when making business decisions

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant experience
Recommended licensing/registration: Series 7, Series 99
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
