At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. We’re committed to fostering an environment for every teammate that’s welcoming, respectful and inclusive, with great opportunity for professional growth. Find your future with us. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Advisor role to join Boeing Defence UK at Wattisham, supporting the UK Rotary Wing Enterprise (RWE) programme with some possibility of flexible work arrangements. Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) Ltd seeks a security professional, with recent practical experience in a high tempo working environment, to join a growing security team in the UK. Forming part of Boeing’s Global Security Activity, the BDUK Security team provides the full suite of Government and Corporate security and risk management support and advice to BDUK programmes and functions. As well as executing a wide range of ad hoc security taskings, the successful candidate will deliver a programme required statement of work, provide direct security support to the programme as well as advice to the BDUK business, its functions and other programmes across all traditional security domains (including cyber/information security). Reporting directly to the BDUK Security Operations Manager, the appointment will also interact closely with colleagues from Global Security in ensuring Boeing Enterprise security standards are applied consistently across the Europe, Russia/CIS and Americas Region and for providing international surge support in crisis scenarios. BDUK Security Advisors are expected to work closely with their information security counterparts to deliver an integrated and focused security effect, so a proven track record of collaboration and knowledge in the cyber domain is expected.
