We are looking for an experienced Security Account Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality security services across a key client account. Reporting to the Account Director, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, leading security teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage security teams to deliver services aligned with SLAs and KPIs
Ensure compliance with security legislation, licensing, and company policies
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Monitor contract performance, financial targets, and service delivery
Manage incident reporting, operational reporting, and client reviews
Maintain high standards in Health & Safety, risk management, and business continuity
Support contract retention, service improvements, and security innovation
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience managing security operations or security contracts
Experience within FM environments
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and contract performance
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
Strong understanding of security operations and risk management
