The Security Account Manager will be responsible for the Management and growth of one key account as well as supporting the team across the contract. This will involve developing company strategies with their customer to meet and exceed realistic targets, and to manage customer satisfaction through achieving agreed Service Level Agreements and developing strong relationships. Key Operational responsibilities include ensuring correct staffing support and financial management are maintained in line with contractual KPI's.
Job Responsibility:
Working with the WJ Security Management teams across all locations you will lead the Security team, working with other Managers within Client and WJ business streams to deliver progressive first-class Security services
Liaise with and meet with customers and key contacts on a regular basis to review contract performance and ensure that quality standards are maintained in accordance with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
To lead, manage and motivate direct reports including setting goals/targets, performance reviews, appraisals, performance management, coaching, training and development planning
To ensure appropriate processes are in place to approve and control leave, sickness absence and overtime to ensure appropriate cover of shifts, service levels are maintained, and budgetary implications are minimized whilst remaining working time compliant
Produce weekly reporting data that forecasts operational requirements or upcoming challenges, including mitigation measures in line with client requirements
Respond to changes in the external environment including legislation, technology and trends
Requirements:
Extensive experience in commercial and operational management including leadership and team management in the service sector
Experience in financial management and budgetary control for scalable resources – Events industry preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commercially aware with an attention to detail
Proven record of strong working relationship building skills
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in change management
Experience of issue and conflict resolution
Ability to work under own initiative, making decisions to benefit the organization
SIA licence
