Securities Operations Representative - Trust Mail Center

• Perform various operational tasks, as part of the Trust Mail Center, that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems
• Perform moderately complex duties such as researching, scanning, and reconciling incoming mail
• Review time sensitive documents and follow appropriate redirect process
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and execute initiatives
• Interact with internal customers
• Identify ways to improve the overall process
• Expect to meet required SLE's (Service Level Expectations)

1+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Administrative Assistant or operational experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Experience in a dual control secured environment
• Mailroom opening, sorting, and distribution experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Team, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Financial services industry experience
• Data entry experience
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
• Exposure to Wells Fargo SEI Trust 3000 Wells Fargo Trust Accounting system of record, Client Link, and Copilot
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
