Job Description

The Securities Litigation Attorney Editor will collaborate with the Securities Litigation/Enforcement & White-Collar Content Manager to create and refine practical guidance resources. The ideal candidate will have recent hands‑on experience with securities litigation, particularly PSLRA-related litigation and securities derivative matters.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, write, and edit practical “how‑to” guidance on securities litigation topics and emerging trends
  • Draft, review, and annotate practice notes, forms, and checklists
  • Apply subject-matter expertise to support ongoing content development
  • Work independently while collaborating with internal content teams as needed

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active member of any U.S. State Bar (retired status accepted)
  • 3+ years of recent securities litigation experience
  • Solid understanding of securities litigation laws, trends, and best practices
  • Experience drafting litigation documents, forms, or related guidance materials
  • Excellent legal writing, editing, and research abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
