Job Description:

We have been retained by an elite investor-side boutique litigation firm that seeks to hire a mid-level or senior associate to join their team. Expect meaningful responsibility, a collegial environment, and work on complex, high-stakes matters.

Job Responsibility:

Securities fraud class action litigation
Shareholder derivative matters

Requirements:

~3–8 years of experience
Securities litigation or a significant interest in focusing exclusively in the area
Strong credentials (including major law firm)
Licensure in NY or CA

What we offer:

Bonuses range from about $40,000–$200,000+, depending on firm and individual performance
