Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Support day-to-day Securities Lending operations for APAC markets which includes trade processing, amendments, exceptions processing, settlements and corporate actions
Understand front to back systems and settlements workflow, primarily in Securities-based Lending and International Prime businesses
Position management and asset optimization
Management of counterparty exposure
Identify risks for stock loan settlements in Asia markets, escalate where needed and propose framework
Develop, implement and maintain operational processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and compliant execution of stock loan and securities lending transactions
Work closely with Traders, Global Operations teams, Custodian banks, Technology, Risk etc

Requirements:

At least 5 years of Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL) experience
Familiarity with Stock Loan settlements
SBL experience in the APAC markets a plus
Good knowledge of trade lifecycle process including confirmations, settlements and reconciliations
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Prior team management experience would be a plus
Knowledge in Macros is an added advantage
