Job Description:

The Securities & Derivatives Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Fiduciary metric & reporting across Issuer and Investor Services. A critical component of the role includes ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Fiduciary MI, in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements

Job Responsibility:

Collate and analyze Fiduciary metrics across Issuer and Investor Services
Maintain dashboards and issue reports for internal and External stakeholders
Partner with Risk Management and Front Office to identify and address data quality, completeness of data and timely reporting of Metric
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Support periodic internal reviews, audits, and regulatory inquires through data and reporting documentation
Assist with automation or streamline of reporting processes as appropriate

Requirements:

Some experience in financial services, preferably in securities operations
Strong analytical skills. Proven ability to execute
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good understanding of general MS software packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Proven ability to execute solutions utilizing own initiative i.e. process re-engineering
Ability to remain calm & professional at all times
Demonstrated comprehension of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
