The Issuer Services Department supports Issuer Services Clients, Product and Sales partners through various functions such as Depository servicing, Issuing & Paying agency services, and Specialised Agency functions. The role includes responsibilities such as static data review, documentation validation, issue resolution, and collaboration with stakeholders across teams.

Job Responsibility:

Assistance in completion of all daily processes/deliverables across the wider Depositary team
Static data review and input
Review of deal documentation
Compare documentation to system information, check accuracy and highlight discrepancies
Review Investigation logs on daily basis ensuring all relevant files are updated appropriately
Liaise effectively with other teams and departments to resolve issues, share knowledge & drive process improvements
Participate in any Department projects as required and support Department Manager in achievement of overall department goals
Fostering a close relationship with Key stakeholders
Issuers, Product, and Depositories and have responsibility to manage internal and external client relationships, to ensure Department responsibilities and objectives are met
Provide effective communication and maintain a close working relationship with operational Risk and Control team and Front office
Assist Team Leader with ensuring Standard Level Agreements (SLA’s) between all areas are in place and adhered to

Requirements:

Experience in the financial sector, especially in payments or documentation review - would be of benefit
Strong analytical skills
Proven ability to execute
Knowledge of Euroclear and Clearstream would be advantageous
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good understanding of general MS software packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Proven ability to execute solutions utilising own initiative i.e. process re-engineering
Ability to remain calm & professional at all times
