Job Description

An AmLaw 200 firm with strong Midwest roots is seeking a mid to senior level Associate Attorney with strong corporate governance/securities background to join their Chicago office. Strong candidates will be considered for other offices in the US as well.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and review securities filings (8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, Section 16, etc)
  • Assist with board governance and annual reports
  • Support securities matters as they come up in mergers and acquisitions
