Secured Lending Underwriting Analyst

• Participate in low complexity initiatives within Secured Lending Underwriting functional area
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact
• Receive direction from Secured Lending supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Secured Lending Underwriting function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Provide information to Secured Lending Underwriting managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders, including internal or external customers, if applicable

6+ months of Secured Lending Underwriting experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Commercial Bank experience
• Will consider Distribution Finance experience in lieu of Underwriting experience
• Proficient is MS Office
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
