Job Responsibility

Assist with all phases of commercial lending transactions, from origination through closing and post-closing
Draft, review, and manage loan documents, including promissory notes, security agreements, guarantees, and related transactional materials

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, borrowers, outside counsel, title companies, and lenders to ensure smooth closings
